Relax The Back

Project Duration :

4 Emails Per Week | Average 2 Per Day

Featured Email Design Project

Problem : Design 4 emails per week based on quarterly promotions and holidays

Solution : Based on the merchandising team’s promotional calendar, I worked with marketing to plan a monthly email cadence of three promotional and one educational send per week, designing and producing each asset using Klaviyo and Adobe Illustrator.

Office Chair Email

Problem : Translate print mailers into digital formats with updated layouts and color systems.

Converted print mailers from Adobe InDesign into Adobe Illustrator, adapting horizontal layouts into vertical formats and optimizing colors for RGB.

Pillow Event Email
Massage Sale Email

Challenge : Welcome Series

Designed and implemented a Welcome Series flow for new newsletter subscribers, leveraging user behavior such as website visits and product views (e.g., massage chairs) to inform segmentation, with send timing optimized according to email marketing best practices.

Summary :

Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to align on layout direction and product selection, balancing diverse input while consistently advocating for design best practices.
