Tri-fold Direct Mail

Problem : Drive in-store foot traffic and increase sales across 60+ retail locations using a first-time tri-fold direct mail piece. The creative brief was minimal—focused primarily on educating customers about our product offerings and promoting in-store ergonomic assessments, without any pre-existing template to guide the design.

Solution : Led the end-to-end design and development of a custom tri-fold mailer from the ground up. Collaborated with the printer to define optimal sizing, layout specifications, and mailing requirements, ensuring compliance with address, postage, and formatting constraints. Partnered with the marketing team to identify top-performing and high-value products, strategically featuring a key flagship item on the cover to drive interest. Curated a product mix that balanced best-sellers with visually strong assets; where needed, created custom backgrounds to present products in a clean, modern context. Developed clear, engaging copy for headlines and messaging, verified pricing accuracy, and incorporated cohesive color systems aligned with product categories. Facilitated stakeholder reviews to align on design direction and final execution. The result was a high-performing direct mail campaign, with this tri-fold achieving the strongest sales performance of all 2025 mailers.

Tri-Stack In-store Sinage

Problem : Develop a cohesive in-store promotional signage kit that aligns with catalog campaigns across retail locations. The challenge was to select the right products and messaging while ensuring all designs fit within the physical constraints of existing sign holders.

Solution : Created a flexible, scalable signage template optimized for both print production and in-store display fixtures, enabling consistent use across quarterly campaigns. Reviewed catalog promotions to identify high-value and priority products, strategically pairing signage with in-store product placement to reinforce visibility and drive conversions. Ensured all messaging aligned with promotional language while maintaining clear, concise communication within space limitations.

Window Clings and Sidewalk Signs

Problem : Create window clings, vehicle wraps, and sidewalk signage that capture attention and drive walk-in traffic by highlighting key services and unique product offerings to passersby.

Solution : Took a localized, insight-driven approach by collaborating with store owners to identify the products and services that resonated most within their specific markets. Partnered closely with print vendors to ensure accurate production, including transparent background applications for window clings to achieve a clean, professional in-store appearance.

Designed a flexible template system for outdoor sidewalk signage, incorporating clear, action-oriented messaging such as “Try it in-store today” to encourage immediate engagement. Built a scalable library of signage options for franchisees, featuring best-selling “hero” products and exclusive offerings—allowing individual stores to tailor messaging while maintaining brand consistency.

Extended this system to include vehicle wraps by developing adaptable templates and gathering detailed specifications from both printers and store owners to ensure precise fit and placement across different vehicle types. Strategically selected “legendary” products for these wraps to maximize longevity and relevance, ensuring the designs remained effective well beyond the initial investment.

Problem : Design entrance tower and directional signage for the annual convention on a tight timeline, while accurately translating and staying true to the CEO’s hand-drawn concepts. In parallel, develop a completely new Fall Catalog format, departing from previous versions, while coordinating cross-functional input and meeting strict production deadlines.

Solution: Interpreted and refined the CEO’s sketches into cohesive, production-ready signage that balanced creative intent with practical execution. Established a unified visual system across entrance and wayfinding elements to ensure clarity, consistency, and a strong first impression for attendees. Managed tight timelines to finalize layouts, select materials, and prepare files for seamless print and installation.

Simultaneously led the design of a new 12-page Fall Catalog, introducing a fresh format distinct from prior campaigns. Built a print-ready template tailored to vendor specifications, and partnered with the merchandising team to define pagination, product flow, and production schedules. Maintained consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.
