Tri-fold Direct Mail

Problem : Design a 16pg Catalog in a "slim jim" format, the smallest format that was tested for RTB

Solution: Develop a streamlined template that incorporates adequate bleed allowances and coordinate with the printer to ensure all specifications are met and the final layout fits correctly. Collaborate with multiple departments to determine and confirm the products and promotional content to be featured throughout the three-month campaign. Provide weekly stakeholder updates and secure timely approvals to keep the project on schedule and meet all deadlines. Simultaneously manage ongoing communications, including weekly email campaigns and monthly direct mail initiatives.
